Instead of piling on complex options, the service focuses on clearly organizing route coverage, connection methods, subscription rules, and refund terms, so users accessing international websites, overseas work tools, or region-specific content can choose routes based on their needs.

How service is managed and maintained

These principles guide route selection, connection troubleshooting, and necessary data handling, replacing vague promises with service facts that can be verified.

Choose by use case, then select a region

Route selection starts with the task at hand: web browsing, remote collaboration, AI Tools, and Streaming each place different demands on exit regions and connection stability. VPNTea organizes choices by region, route type, and use case, reducing the need to repeatedly test routes based on names alone. Coverage currently includes 90+ countries and 200+ routes; if one connection becomes unstable, users can switch to a route in the same or a nearby region.

Identify connection issues by symptoms

When a connection fails, troubleshoot layer by layer: local network, client status, subscription updates, route switching, and finally the target service. This avoids changing too many settings at once. If basic checks do not restore the connection, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the platform, client, selected region, error message, and completed checks. This narrows the scope of the issue and reduces repeated questions.

No logs and minimal data collection

VPNTea does not record browsing activity. Information is handled only as needed to operate accounts, deliver subscriptions, process orders, and troubleshoot issues. Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. Diagnostic information is used solely to investigate issues users actively submit. Once the issue is resolved, information unrelated to it is not repurposed. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the specific boundaries.

Monthly subscriptions reset traffic on the activation date. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire; Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, along with a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund. Current prices, traffic allowances, and upgrade rules are listed on the plans page.
