By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use related features, users confirm that they have read and agree to use the services under these terms. Service Scope and Eligibility
VPNTea provides network acceleration subscription services for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The services are intended to improve cross-border access, international route connections, and connection quality when accessing international websites. Available regions, route types, and client entry points are determined by the information shown on the website and in the user panel at the relevant time.
Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, local carrier policies, target service changes, or other technical factors. A subscription provides eligibility to use routes within the valid subscription or available traffic allowance. It does not guarantee continued access to a particular website, application, regional content, or fixed route.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and support ticket activity under their accounts. The service supports simultaneous online use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and on devices they control. Reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, sharing login credentials with third parties, or providing route access through bulk distribution is prohibited.
Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and do not expire. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and account information before payment.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and at the place where the service is actually used, and must independently determine whether a specific use meets those requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious software, network attacks, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or conduct that may harm routes, the platform, or services provided to other users.
If abnormal traffic, automated abuse, security risks, or valid compliance complaints are identified, VPNTea may take necessary measures to protect routes and other users, including traffic limits, connection suspension, or account review. Such measures will be limited to the scope of the relevant risk and do not release users from responsibility for their own conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNTea maintains its routes, clients, and user panel based on available technical conditions. However, network connections are affected by users’ local devices, carriers, international links, target platforms, and events beyond control. Accordingly, VPNTea does not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed speeds, or continuous availability of particular content. Some features may be temporarily limited during maintenance, route adjustments, or security measures.
Users should save important configurations and necessary materials, and confirm the impact of any operation before updating a client, switching routes, or changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this service is not responsible for indirect losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, third-party service changes, or uncontrollable network events. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected by these terms.
Refunds and Account Termination
Users may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests may be submitted through the support ticket feature in the user panel and should include enough information to identify the relevant order. This refund commitment does not affect other rights available under applicable law.
In cases of unlawful use, account resale, credential sharing with third parties, malicious attacks, continued service interference, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNTea may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account according to the level of risk. Users may also stop purchasing new subscriptions and stop using the service. Account termination does not affect payments, refund requests, liability for violations, or provisions that must remain effective by law and that arose before termination.
Changes and Effective Date
These terms may be updated in response to changes in service features, billing structures, compliance requirements, or operational processes. Changes will be published on this page or through an on-site notice, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service. If they do not accept the updated terms, they may stop using the service and handle existing subscriptions under the applicable rules.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the rules applicable to use of VPNTea services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
